Hello, I'm Nadine and I support wonderful, busy people who are struggling with feelings of overwhelm and guilt to connect to a calmer version of themselves. What I do is teach you how to recognise and release old habits and patterns that are holding you back through my trusted Calmer Self Method.
Sessions with me are a blend of lifestyle coaching where I listen to you and we talk to each other. I then move on to teach you how to have moments of calm in your hectic schedule using Meditation and Mindfulness techniques. I work with clients in 1:1 sessions, tailored programmes for each client’s needs and wants so you can: reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, relax, re-build confidence and self esteem, re-create your perfect life/work balance and live your life with ease and joy.
